Phone numbers are stored only as a one-way hash — we never keep the plain number. We also store any written feedback, and the business's name, review link, and technician names.
Only to deliver rating-request texts, give every customer the same Google review link, deliver private feedback to owners, and show businesses their own stats. Never for marketing.
Five Star Flow sends one review-request text per completed service visit, on behalf of the local business that served you, and only after you give that business's technician your verbal permission in person. Before asking, the technician explains the text, that message and data rates may apply, that you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and that our terms and this policy are at fivestarflow.org/terms and fivestarflow.org/privacy. The Terms of Service describe the messaging program in full.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We never sell or share your info with third parties, never send marketing texts, and never store customer phone numbers in readable form.
Reply STOP any time to opt out. Ask for your feedback to be deleted at contact@fivestarflow.org.
